What is the shipping timeframe for a new e-bike?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Each bike is securely packed in a reinforced box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
HEPHA e-bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals using the toolkit and video guide provided in the package.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 2-year comprehensive warranty on the frame, motor, and battery, covering any manufacturing defects to give you peace of mind on the road.
Can I return my e-bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.
Are HEPHA e-bikes water-resistant?
All HEPHA models have an IPX5 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against rain and splashes, though they should not be fully submerged or cleaned with a high-pressure power washer.
