At HEPHA, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your e-bike performance. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Ride

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, battery keys, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the bike for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
